Pixel Lineage First Hour — What to Do First

Guide last reviewed:

A staged Pixel Lineage first-hour plan: join the group and redeem codes, bank your Race Spins, repair the Blacksmith, take one Normal run and forge a tier 1 weapon. Reviewed October 14, 2026. Each step lists what to do, why it comes there, and the mistake to avoid before moving on.

The plan

The Pixel Lineage first hour, stage by stage

The stages below are an order of operations, not a measured speedrun — they sequence the documented steps so a code, a spin or a first craft is not spent before it can pay off. Move to the next stage only once the current one is done.

01

Join the group and redeem codes

Do
Join the Roblox group, like the experience, then open the Goblin Merchant in the castle and redeem every working code.
Why
Codes are the fastest free Race Spins and Talent Spins, and they are refused until you are a group member. Several rewards also hand you Gold, Knowledge and Potions for the run ahead.
Don’t
Redeeming before joining, or typing 0y0 with the letter O instead of a zero.
02

Set up the save and hold your spins

Do
Keep the class you started with and bank every Race Spin and Talent Spin you just collected.
Why
The class is chosen at creation and changing it later means resetting, so there is nothing to fix in the first minutes. Spins are better spent once you have a target.
Don’t
Spending spins for curiosity — a blind reroll usually lands back on a common race.
03

Repair the Blacksmith

Do
Repair the Blacksmith in the village to switch forging on.
Why
Until the Blacksmith is repaired, run drops have nowhere to go. This single step is what turns materials into better gear.
Don’t
Ignoring the Blacksmith and farming runs with nothing to spend the drops on.
04

Take one Normal run

Do
Start a Solo or Multiplayer run from the town on Normal difficulty, and learn the quick-time event prompts.
Why
Normal is the documented place to learn the attack and dodge prompts without paying in Lives. Run drops include gear at Rare, Epic and Legendary levels, and materials for the Blacksmith.
Don’t
Jumping straight to Hard or Nightmare with all three Lives unspent but no practice.
05

Forge a tier 1 weapon

Do
Put the first run’s materials into a tier 1 weapon rather than armour.
Why
A weapon shortens every later clear, which raises how much you bank per session. A forged weapon rolls its own rarity after the metal cools, so even one craft can jump you forward.
Don’t
Spending upgrade stones on gear you plan to replace — save the strong stones for a weapon you will keep.
06

Leave cleanly and stop

Do
Finish the session by walking out with Return Home in the bottom-left corner once the run has paid out.
Why
A cleared run is worth more than a greedy one: the material loop only pays out if the character survives, and sweeping harder content is saved for when the build is ready.
Don’t
Fighting on at low health for one more drop and losing a Life instead.
Codes first

Why the Pixel Lineage first hour starts with codes

Codes are front-loaded because they are free, they can expire, and most of them refill both the Race Spin and the Talent Spin pools at once. Redeeming them before the first run means the rewards are already banked when you decide what to spend them on.

Spins

Why the first hour does not spend Race Spins

The rollable race pool is weighted heavily toward common results — Human alone is 37.68% of all rolls, while the strongest races sit between 0.72% and 5.8%. A small batch of spins therefore has a real chance of returning nothing better than what you started with.

The first-hour rule is simple: collect the spins, then stop. Decide on a target later, check the odds on the Race Spin calculator and compare the keep-or-reroll calls on the tier list before spending. Race evolution, which raises a race’s ceiling, needs artefacts earned from Hard and Nightmare runs — so the strong race is only the first half of the plan.

First craft

The first forge that actually pays off

Forging only works once the Blacksmith is repaired, and it runs from tier 1 to tier 4. Tier 1 is the realistic first-hour target: it is the cheapest craft, and a weapon shortens every run that follows, so the material loop speeds up rather than stalling.

TierGoldMaterials
Tier 11202x Salvaged Metal, 1x Moss Wolf Pelt

A forged weapon rolls its own rarity separately once the metal cools, the same way a drop would. Higher tiers are consequently rarer, so the same recipe can produce a strong or a disappointing weapon. See the weapons page for every tier cost and the weapon tiers across all six classes.

Common questions

FAQ

What is the very first thing to do in the Pixel Lineage first hour?

Join the Pixel Lineage Roblox group, then redeem your codes. Codes are the fastest free source of Race Spins and Talent Spins, and they are rejected until you are a member — so membership before redemption is the one step you cannot skip.

Should I use my Race Spins in the first hour?

No. Bank them. Human alone is more than a third of all rolls, and the strongest races sit at 0.72% to 5.8%, so a spin spent without a target is usually a spin wasted. Save the batch until you know which race you are chasing.

What should the first Pixel Lineage craft be?

A weapon, not armour. Repair the Blacksmith to unlock forging, then forge a tier 1 weapon so your runs clear faster and return more per session. Tier 1 costs 120 Gold plus 2x Salvaged Metal and 1x Moss Wolf Pelt.

How far should the Pixel Lineage first hour get me?

A clean opening session ends with your codes redeemed, the group joined, the Blacksmith repaired, one Normal run cleared and one tier 1 weapon forged. If you are slower than that, the plan is still correct — it is an order of operations, not a race.

Should I raise the difficulty in the first hour?

Not until a Normal run clears comfortably. Hard and Nightmare improve drops and are the source of race-evolution artefacts, but they cost Lives, and three deaths wipe the character. Earn the harder difficulty with a stable Normal clear first.

Can I skip the first dungeon run?

No. Run drops are what feed the Blacksmith and the Auction House, so without a first run there is nothing to forge. Take one Normal run, bank the materials, and only then decide whether to push further.
